碳化镍颗粒是以高纯镍粉(≥99.9%)与纳米碳黑(≥99.95%)为原料,通过等离子体瞬时合成、低温化学气相沉积(CVD) 或机械合金化制备的亚稳态六方晶系材料(空间群:P6₃/mmc,晶胞参数:a=0.265 nm, c=0.433 nm)。其具备类金属导电(电阻率15-25 μΩ·cm)、超高催化活性(析氢过电位<50 mV)、电磁波宽频吸收(2-18 GHz反射损耗<-30 dB)及磁电耦合效应特性,专用于氢燃料电池催化剂、锂硫电池多功能隔膜、隐身涂层及磁存储材料。通过晶格应变调控(c/a比0.613-0.618)、表面配位修饰(N/S共掺杂)及亚稳态稳定化(Ni₃C@C核壳),满足新能源、电子对抗及先进存储对高性能碳化物材料的极限需求。
