        铬钨合金(Cr-W)靶材是以核工业级铬粉(≥99.99%)与高致密钨粉(≥99.95%)为原料,通过等离子球化制粉+超高压热等静压(压力>200MPa)制备的超高温固溶强化型溅射靶材。其关键特性包括:

•精密组分控制(W 30-50%,Cr平衡量,梯度可调)

•纳米双相结构(BCC-Cr固溶体 + 纳米W弥散相)

•理论密度>99.5%(闭孔率<0.05%)

•超低杂质极限(O<80ppm, C<50ppm, N<30ppm)
    在HiPIMS和电弧离子镀工艺中实现溅射速率达纯钨的250%、膜层孔隙率<0.3%、与镍基高温合金基体结合力>120MPa。
